Vodii

Home buyers and real estate teams needed to sign and share documents. The aging TxM platform made simple tasks unnecessarily hard.

The challenge

TxM was built on technology that couldn’t keep up. A quieter market had let the product stagnate. Growth meant a real overhaul—not another coat of paint.

As the solo designer (and one of two design people after Flueid acquired Vodii), I ran timeline, technical calls, and front-end implementation. I assessed what could be improved in place and what had to be rebuilt, then designed a modular architecture so new features wouldn’t require a rewrite each time.

The solution

The interface is cleaner, but the real change is underneath: reusable components, shorter paths for signing, sharing, and tracking, and a system other people can extend without unraveling it.

Designing and writing the front end myself closed the usual gap between file and production. The modernized platform became the foundation Flueid kept building on—and users finally got document workflows that match how the rest of the web works.
